Agents, with experience in the call centre industry to join our team.

Minimum qualifications and experience:
•
Grade 12
Advantageous
•
FAIS accredited (RE5 or RE1)
•
Call centre experience
•
Outbound Sales experience
You need to have:
•
A passion and flair for direct individual sales and achieving targets.
•
Self-driven performer
•
High attention to detail
•
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English
•
Great interpersonal skills
•
Ability to work in a team as well as independently
•
Computer literacy (basic)
•
High level of work ethic
•
Excellent listening- and persuasive skills
Your daily activities will include:
•
Telephonic sales of relevant health insurance plans
•
Provide information, handle objections and close the sale
•
Capture new member data
